Louise is the co-founder of the Australian Centre for AI in Marketing (ACAM) and CEO of AI-Ready (AIR) Consulting, two pioneering ventures focused on ethical, strategic AI adoption.

At ACAM, she works with the team to lead national benchmarking studies, executive education programs, and industry thought leadership initiatives.

At AI-Ready, Louise supports large-scale transformation through tailored strategy, capability building, and neuroscience-informed change management frameworks.

Beyond the boardroom, she is a passionate inclusion advocate, a published children’s book author, a certified coach, and the founder of The CMO Inner Circle Network - an initiative that supports senior women in marketing and donates profits to women’s charities. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director, helping purpose-led organisations scale their impact.
